I would like to express my gratitude for the work carried out on my car last weekend.

As you know, a few months ago I foolishly left my stereo on display which caught the attention of some local traders who believe in selling merchandise without the need for buying it first.

Whilst they were unsuccessful in removing the goods, they did manage to cause enough damage to the stereo to make it difficult to sell the car in the future; something which I am now trying to do.

I called your store and asked if you could take a look at it. I thought it would be a simple job but it turned out to be much more complex, yet you managed to have the whole thing sorted out for me within the hour.

Once again, my thanks for your efforts which were above and beyond what I expected. I have already referred members of my family to you and will have no hesitation in passing a lot more business your way.
